A correction report needs enough context to recover the question
An exam correction report is easier to use when the reader can recover the exact item. Include the paper title, year, subject, and question number. Quote only the wording needed to identify the issue. State whether the concern is transcription, translation, answer handling, or the website itself, then give a proposed correction and a source reference if available.
Keep private attempt information out of the report. A screenshot should show the relevant wording without names, private answers, or other student records. A report about a broken control can describe the visible action and error without attaching an entire attempt history.
The GaokaoExam.org correction channel asks for these identifying details and cautions against sending passwords, government IDs, payment details, or private student records. It also makes no promise of a specific response or correction timeline. Retain a local copy of the report so any later revision can be matched to the original concern.
The project is independent. A correction request is evidence for review, not proof that a proposed replacement is already approved.
